- Network posture: single-operator public beta.
- Consensus posture: no BFT claims, no decentralization claims.
- Operator retains emergency pause and upgrade authority for this phase.
- Admin surface is private-only, terminates on host loopback `127.0.0.1:8081`, and forwards to `127.0.0.1:8081` inside the node container.
- Public landing page is `https://lethex.io`.
- Public API domain is `https://api.lethex.io`.
- Lending markets are enabled only for pairs with operator-managed oracle coverage.
- Day-1 public promise excludes open lending until oracle automation is separately operationalized and supported pairs are announced.
- State recovery for this phase is backup/restore of `ledger.bin`, not public state-sync recovery.
